The sales people are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and honest in the process and interested in making sure you get what you are looking for, not just the most expensive car out there. This last time we bought 2 used cars and the entire team was helpful. One of the cars had just come in on trade so had not been cleaned yet. They agreed to detail the car and then went above and beyond by completing the full point inspection on the car and certifying the used car. When doing this they made sure the car was up to par and did $1700 in preventative maintenance in the car and warrantied all their work. So we walked away with an excellent car for a great price that will last is for a very long time. The team at Skagit Hyundai have a high level of integrity and make this stressful process easy and as low stress as possible. I am constantly recommending this dealership and will return in the future for our next purchase. More

Easy Peasy I had really made my mind up to buy a Sonata before I went to the dealer. My experiences in driving a friend's 2012 SE convinced me that it fit me an I had really made my mind up to buy a Sonata before I went to the dealer. My experiences in driving a friend's 2012 SE convinced me that it fit me and the quality was there. David Ashford met us on our arrival. Of course, I wanted to know all the options available. He walked us around the lot and explained the different trim packages, including the hybrid. I was convinced that the SE met my needs, even though my wife tried to talk me into spoiling myself with the Sport. We left the lot and returned three days later, as I am always wary of making an impulse purchase. I had called in advance and David had cleaned up a red SE that had the best options of the two available on the lot. Jason did the paperwork and he seemed pretty efficient, because it was the quickest we had ever made it through that process. I am still finding things that I don't know how to figure out on the car and so far David has been willing to get me the info that I need. Hopefully this will continue to be the case and I can look forward to doing business with this dealership. More
