I was told that item would be available that Thursday. I called at 1100 and was told that they would call me later that day. When that didn't happen, I called the dealership at 1745. I was informed that the parts dept. was closed but they would call me in the morning. I waited until 1000 for the call and then went to dealership to find my part. I was given the excuse that the delivery was late on Thursday but a return call should have been made. Mr. Brock Garrett needs to train his staff to follow though with a customer to meet their needs fully. More
It wasnt my wedding dress I had done my research and had a stock number in mind, one which i would be able to afford. Upon arriving at the dealership I was put into another mod I had done my research and had a stock number in mind, one which i would be able to afford. Upon arriving at the dealership I was put into another model that was more expensive than the other one i had researched online, because it was close and the salesman did not want to look at the 8 acres of cars. I fell in love with all the extras. When we started filling out paperwork it became clear there was no was I would be able to afford the extra technology package, which put me back to the stock number I had emailed the sales person about. When the financial guy came out i told him "When i bride walks in to buy her dress, gives you a budget you do not show her dresses above it. She will fall in love and be left heart broken " thankfully I had a no nonsense friend with me that reminded me of all the extras my car did have. But this was not the wedding dress i tried on and fell in love with. More
Leon's new Hyundai Sonata Experience I was unsure if I could get a newer car based on my time on the job. I hadn't checked my credit in a while, but I believed it would also be a hindranc I was unsure if I could get a newer car based on my time on the job. Great Experience They took the pain out of buying a car. The last car I purchased in 2008 was an awful experience with a very aggressive salesman (another dealership).
