We were interrogated about our credit situation, the whole thing just felt wrong. The only reason we bought here was because the price was so amazing. Our solution was to finance through our bank and NOT through the dealership. Once we told them we did that when we came back they seemed VERY annoyed. Working with the bank we received a better understanding of what the interest rate would be and everything was open and clear on payments and the total cost. When we tried that with the dealership, who said that they have the "CUDL" financing, the salesman would leave, and come back with a monthly payment and not tell us the interest rate or the total amount. They were focused on the monthly payment and we were more interested in the whole picture. I'm glad we left the first time and went through our own bank. We waited for what seemed like forever, and the man who helped us with out paperwork was pushy, and was annoyed when we told him we went through our own bank. All in all the only good part of our buying experience was the price. More

I went down to the Ford dealership as well and test drove a Focus. I wasn't impressed, and when I asked the salesman, who had NONE of the personality that Jack Carroll's Hyundai's salespeople had, if they had anything comparable to the Elantra, he admitted they simply "could not compete with Hyundai." And they didn't. More

Refreshing Jordan was a new salesman at your store and if he couldn't answer a question, he answered honestly and said he would find out. Not only is the car a great deal, the value and styling is above and beyond what I was expecting. I will personally recommend to everyone I know to seriously think about buying a Hyundai as long as they keep up this great value - I've been a Honda owner in the past and I can say Hyundai delivers a superior product!
