Be prepared for a backlash after you say no to the extra warranties! I enjoyed working with Charles who was great at his job and explained everything in great detail without overdoing it. I would definitely come back to work with Charles in the future for my next car purchase. However, when I was taken into the other room to sign all of the paperwork the man that is in charge of explaining the extra warranties was quite rude! When we nicely declined the extra warranty he made me and my grandfather feel like we are stupid. That to me is extremely unprofessional. If I say no thank you then please let it be. All around I will have to say my experience, thanks to Charles, was great! More

Excellent service from the moment we walked in we felt very comfortable we had set up this visit and when we arrived the salesman Craig had the 2 cars that had EVERYTHI from the moment we walked in we felt very comfortable we had set up this visit and when we arrived the salesman Craig had the 2 cars that had EVERYTHING we were looking for.. even color pulled up to the front for us to drive and choose from, and one of those is now in our driveway and we absolutely LOVE our new Santa Fe Limited Ultimate and will be keeping that car for many many years to come.
