Love my new Santa Fe! When I decided it was time to buy a new car, I had always thought I would get a Subaru Outback; my husband has a 2001 and it has been an amazing car. When I decided it was time to buy a new car, I had always thought I would get a Subaru Outback; my husband has a 2001 and it has been an amazing car. But I felt I had to do my due diligence and research what other mid-size SUV's were out there and how they rated in Consumer Reports along with meeting my needs and wants for a new vehicle. CR rated the Santa Fe very favorably, so I felt I should take a look and go for a test drive to compare to the Outback. I was very surprised at all of the features which come with the Santa Fe and how much fun it is to drive. It is sporty, comfortable, great for long road trips. I love all the safety features it comes with and also all the extra items which are not necessary, but sure do make the car a lot more fun and comfortable to drive, such as the heated steering wheel and panoramic sunroof. After my last car-buying experience I was dreading having to go through the whole car salesmen, negotiating the price experience. Working with Skagit Hyundai and Ian Burns changed my opinion of car salesmen and the whole experience was quite enjoyable and Ian was great to work with. More
