Did Not need a shower after this car buying experience After a sleazy experience last year with a dealership in our area, we decided to look online for the right car for us. It was a long ride out there and back.But it was worth it. Ian is a straight shooter and a snappy dresser (his trademark should you forget his name). He contacted me about the vehicle I found online. The price was the price. No added fees or lost discounts. He didn't constantly bug me. When we were ready to come up there, he had the vehicle all ready to go. They accommodated some bumps in the road on my end. The process was very smooth. The process is also very long. My only request is that the dealership supply some sustenance. We got water but we were absolutely starving by the end. Maybe a snack machine or something. More

Excellent Experience We met with Leon to do a lease return on our Elantra and expressed interest in looking at a Tucson.
