Recall notice So the other day I bring my pick up in to Jack Byrne for a couple recall issues.. Told them to do an inspection after they did the necessary repairs.. So the other day I bring my pick up in to Jack Byrne for a couple recall issues.. Told them to do an inspection after they did the necessary repairs.. Was told the truck would go in in the next hour.. Left with the wife and went and had a bite to eat.. Hour later returned to the dealership and my truck was in the same spot as when I arrived.... Went back in to see what the deal was and they tried to then tell me oh we thought we had your truck all day.. So I left and went home, So a hour and a half later they call me and in formed me that they were not going to pass my truck because the front upper ball joints were so bad that I should not drive my truck.. Ok, So I ask how much to do the repair and they hit me with $500-$600.. So I said later...With no inspection.. Took it today and the truck passed with flying colors. And they also pulled the front wheels off.. Also one of the recall issues was not done and was told it was.. Time to get a layer I guess.. To be continued... More
