Sales and Service This is the best Ford Dealer in the capitol district. Bought numerous Fords from them and have NEVER EVER had a problem. IMHO the only Ford dealer in town worth going too, all the rest you just get fast talking salesman that are like vultures when your looking around in the lot. More
Great experience First we contacted them through their online chat. Jack Byrne III worked with us on numbers for the car we were interested in. He did not oversell or give us pressure. Jack then referred us to Craig who also was low pressure throughout the entire process. He continually followed up and was quite knowledgeable. We did research the vehichle we wanted prior so we were looking for the best deal. They were honest and gave us both a fair price on our trade and the new car. What I loved the most was how Jack Byrne personally made you feel at home, taking a personal interest in your experience. This radiated throughout the dealership. I would definitely recommend them. More

The salesman (Joe) kept telling me how I was getting such a deal so I should be grateful for the offer on my trade in vehicle. They offered me more than $1000 below what the lowest value my car could possibly be. The car I wanted to buy was only at fair market price, but you would have thought it was a Bentley the way the salesman acted. He told me "no deal" in the middle of negotiations at which point I left. He called after a while and said he would give more money "if that would make me happy" in a condescending tone. The sales manager didn't even acknowledge us as living when appraising the car, the clerk didn't even greet us or look at us the multiple times we were in the building. Overall they are not friendly, hostile in negotiations, and customer service is an afterthought. More
Recall notice So the other day I bring my pick up in to Jack Byrne for a couple recall issues.. Told them to do an inspection after they did the necessary repairs.. Was told the truck would go in in the next hour.. Left with the wife and went and had a bite to eat.. Hour later returned to the dealership and my truck was in the same spot as when I arrived.... Went back in to see what the deal was and they tried to then tell me oh we thought we had your truck all day.. So I left and went home, So a hour and a half later they call me and in formed me that they were not going to pass my truck because the front upper ball joints were so bad that I should not drive my truck.. Ok, So I ask how much to do the repair and they hit me with $500-$600.. So I said later...With no inspection.. Took it today and the truck passed with flying colors. And they also pulled the front wheels off.. Also one of the recall issues was not done and was told it was.. Time to get a layer I guess.. To be continued... More
We signed an agreement and left a deposit. The agreement that was signed stated we would receive $1400 off MSRP of vehicle and $7900 for our trade in. Bruce Lynch,salesman later contacted us to inform us he that was signed stated we would receive $1400 off MSRP of vehicle and $7900 for our trade in. Bruce Lynch,salesman later contacted us to inform us he screwed up the "deal". Apparently, he was supposed to offer us $7900 for our trade in and $500 off the MSRP of the vehicle OR $6500 for the trade in and $1400 off the MSRP. Well, it was not written up that way and not what we were agreeing to. He discussed with his sales manager and they refused to honor the deal. To top the cake.. the had already deposited my deposit check. They expected me to be inconvenienced and get proof from my bank that it had cleared or wait 14 dys before they would issue me a xx. Unbelievable!! Well - forget about doing business the old fashioned way with Jack Byrne - a gentleman's agreement and a handshake, apparently even their written agreements mean nothing. More
I tried to order a new truck but was told they were no longer taking orders. we had purchased a new truck in march. I wanted to order the same truck in early June. When I went back and tired to order one like it I was told to wait for the next years model. I did not want to do that and so asked around and found another dealer willing to order me the same truck. I wanted to give my business to Jack Byrne but his uncooperative sales staff blew me away. I saw Jack later and he asked why i did not buy it from him. I told him because your salesman and the sales manager said they could not order any more of the truck I wanted. He found that hard to believe but I tried. Would we buy here again? Yes, but only from jack Byrne himself. More
