I purchased a car from Blake at JT's Auto Land, the car was terrible. After making two payments, they agreed to take it back and put us in something different. They put us in a 2018 Kia Soul. My daughter loved the car but here again, after two car payment we are having major issues. According to Jimmy, the car just turned 60,700 miles so it is out of warranty and "there is nothing they can do." I feel I have been screwed again on relying on a dealership that is supposed to be reputable. One of the managers said he would call me "right back" that was yesterday at 5:30 pm, still no call.
