JTS is the worst place I’ve ever bought a vehicle from. Had it two weeks, the fuel pump went out, I knew it was the fuel pump and Nick kept arguing with me that it was the battery. So I replaced the battery to prove to him it clearly was not the issue. Got it fixed up at my mechanic, and made him pay me the $100 for the deductible since I just bought the new battery & I JUST bought the truck. Fast track 2 days after I got it fixed the cluster started screwing up, I also mentioned this to Nick and told him “he better figure it out, because this is redicilous “ then again he gave me attitude and I had to fight with him. He told me he would order me a cluster to put in MYSELF LOL, I then replied NO, “you need to get someone to do it”. He then told me he would get a ford tech” out to fix the cluster and he would pay for it (both of which he never did). This place was a rip off and scam. Fast track 2/3 months ago, Nick was arrested on charges connected directly to his dealership. I would love to know what truly happened and why it shut so quickly. More

I had a horrible experience with JT. I bought my 2011 f350 6.7 Diesel after the paperwork was all said and done and it was approved. I waited two weeks for it while it was sitting in the garage didn't worked on was told that it had $7000 worth of work put into it including front and brakes all that stuff well when I took it in for an alignment to find out that the front end from everything in the front of the string for the string needed to be replaced so I had to replace it then I had to do a starter and now I'm doing universal joints and they said they did all that and that it had so poor dealership and I called the dealership five months and asked what they could do about this and they said they can't do anything about it I would never go back to that dealership ever again to buy anything. Very horrible experience. More

I will take it to a reputable dealership for the same issue. They sold me a car that needed a new engine (I was told that). I was told in a text from Jacob (still have all texts) that it would be a reman engine. Well it was a used engine. I was sold an ext warranty with a $100 deductible (also in text) well it’s a $200 deductible all lies from this place. Myself and my husband have lost pay because of this. Jacob chose to speak for Nick and basically said to screw off. I was willing to allow Nick to compensate me $1000 for my time and money I paid extra for tow. ( yes they sent someone to pick it up once). Jacob said I wouldn’t get a dime. He should have let Nick decide that as I asked him to pass that to Nick. I would have even negotiated that with Nick. Foolish of him to act this way and ruin his own business. I wonder if Nick is aware that Jacob speaks for him. I am sure they will respond negatively to this review as they do with other ones. Bottom line is they lie, cheat and steal. I will be given a report from the Kia dealership of everything wrong and the shady work that was done. Don’t buy or service your vehicle here. It’s all bad. I’m so glad I’ve saved every message (unfortunately for them). I just bout this in April and it’s been a nightmare. I wish I paid attention to the reviews. They have you sign paperwork about not getting a lawyer and doing it and working on it privately . I gave them a chance. I have every message. What’s next? Do I have to picket outside the business so others won’t go through what I did? I will if needed. This place knows I have a special needs child and this vehicle was for used for his daily needs. I better ADA would not approve of this place for any disabled person or caretaker do businesses with. Thank you for selling me junk and leaving me and my autistic child on the side of the road in the dark. It cause him a large amount of stress. You probably don’t care about that. Just stay away from this place. More

This is their used car lot I’m sure they take care of their new dealership customers better because they make their money scamming people on their used car side. Car I bought had an electrical fire less then a week after purchase because I couldn’t even get the seats to work when the night I picked it up I was told it was probably a fuse and to call “Nick” the owner. Well he’s an aggressive jerk who basically made fun of me because I expected a $4,100 dollar car to be safe and actually work. Oh yeah the extra hundred was for a windshield they were supposed to replace that never happened. I CAN’T STRESS ENOUGH HOW BAD THESE PEOPLE ALL ARE. More
