They're raising the bar on pre-owned sales I waited for a decent amount of time before leaving this review. I wanted it to be honest, I wanted it to be fair and not just based on immediate impr I waited for a decent amount of time before leaving this review. I wanted it to be honest, I wanted it to be fair and not just based on immediate impressions and the high of having a new car. I came in back in February after spending many months looking on and off for something new. I was driving an almost 20 year old Benz that was still beautiful, but not practical and I was tired. I had had my time wasted by many dealers who promised me they could get me out the door after giving them full disclosure of a less than perfect score, even the exact numbers. I had been to queens, great neck, you name it only to be told I needed a cosigner or some absurd amount plus my AMG. I had low expectations coming into JTL. They were a pleasant surprise, not only did they say they could get me out the door- they gave me options, the choice of what I would leave in depended on me and what I was willing to do- money down plus trade, no money down, just trade, monthly payment of xyz or ABC. All the guys were great in here, I worked with A.J, he listed to what I wanted and when the terms for the SUV's I was interested in were too much for me, I thought it was over. Carmine and John worked numbers for me on more than one truck, just so that I could make the best decision for me. When the terms for the trucks all came back a little too high, I thought it was over for now. About a week later A.J called me and told me he had just gotten in a new Chysler 300 Limited in a color similar to one of a truck I had really liked the color on. He said it wasn't a truck, but it had all the bells and whistles I was used to and that I was looking for. He asked me to come down, said he thought I'd like it. I did and I was singing the papers the next day, nothing out of pocket. I was impressed with all of them, most dealers wouldn't have given me another thought once I walked away because there's always someone else walking through the door. Even more so, he paid attention and knew what I liked. Eric, A.J, Carmine and John are the only names I remember, but there were two other gentleman in there, one of which I tesh drove with and they were all great. Even service has been amazing. I had an issue with the trunk and the communication module right after I picked it up, I showed up unannounced one afternoon and the service manager got me taken care of right away. I'd definitely recommend them, the car is quality, it's solid and was really clean. Knock on wood, it's given me no trouble. I love it, couldn't be happier that I gave them a chance and I really love the fact that there is a place I know I can rely on for my future vehicle purchases. More
