Great experience! After losing 2 cars in one week I was desperate to find an SUV to replace one of them. I remembered that a friend of mine had purchased a car from JTL After losing 2 cars in one week I was desperate to find an SUV to replace one of them. I remembered that a friend of mine had purchased a car from JTL a few years back so I decided to go on-line and see what they had. Our experience was great from the first phone call to the time I drove away in my new 2005 BMW X5. We made 2 visits before signing on the dotted line and at no time did we feel pressured. AJ (our salesman) took his time showing us multiple cars, answering questions, taking test drives, accommodating our availability, and when finally deciding on a vehicle he made sure that he went over it with us thoroughly. John was amazing when it came to the financing. We thought our credit might be a problem, but he was able to get us an amazing rate because he works with so many lenders. He also made sure to address every minor detail we found with the car. In the end we walked out with a beautiful, quality vehicle at a great price. We will definitely not only recommend JTL to family and friends, but shop there again when we're in need for another vehicle. Thanks JTL Auto!! :) More
