I don’t write reviews very often, but I’m making an exception in this case. JRS and the staff there were exceptional in how I was treated. I’d just been hit by an uninsured drunk driver, the loan on myold totaled car was NOT completely closed out, and I showed up just before closing. First of all I treated politely and respectfully all the way through the process. I explained the financial situation and it didn’t phase them. I asked to see the car I was interested in, and tested it. My questions and concerns were courteously and confidently answered. After seeing the CARFAX and feeling comfortable about the vehicle itself. We started the financing process. I never once felt rushed, pressured, or uphold. Despite closing up the business for the night. They carefully explained all the paperwork work and financing details. Despite my situation I got the price, payment, and even a lower interest rate than I could find. I would highly recommend buying a car here. More
