I dreaded looking for a truck to replace my van, and I had something very specific in mind This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. The other dealership I went to was set on selling me something other than what I was looking for. However, when I pulled into JN, my salesman, Mike Marcelin, took the time to find out what type of vehicle I wanted. He was not sure he had what I wanted but he took the time to find the needle in the haystack so I could have the truck I desired. The team worked together to find me a 2015 GMC Canyon with a manual transmission; it was exciting to see the manager getting involved to go to their other lot to look for the truck. You should have seen how excited I was when he pulled up in my truck, and it was in top condition. Mike made every effort to ensure this was what I wanted, he worked with me on the price, and got me in my truck. Mike and his team took very good care of me; I felt like royalty.
