Perfect for Military Families We first heard of JN Automotive in a Military Breifing and were curious as to what they could do for us; a young military couple who just moved here f We first heard of JN Automotive in a Military Breifing and were curious as to what they could do for us; a young military couple who just moved here from across the country. We made an appointment to look at the selection they had to offer, not really sure if we were going to be buying a car today or not. Mike was very helpful and patient with our choosing process. We had told him our price range and our preference of miles on the car before we came in and he already had a few cars picked out that he wanted to show us. I'm fairly certain we looked at every single car on the lot anyways and narrowed it down to 2 cars. We test drove both and ended up getting a great 2007 Toyota Camry (which was actually the first car Mike suggested to us). They were willing to drop the price a little because we are a Military family. The overall experience was fantastic! Great customer service, alot easier than past car buying experiences. The only down side was the wait to speak to the financial manager, but it gave me time to write this review. I will definitely recommend JN Automotive and Mike Marcelin to any Military family looking to buy a car while on the Island! More

Help and Support I had a lot of problems at previous dealerships who were trying to rip me off and treated my rudely. I came to JN Chevrolet in search for a car that was small, sporty, and most importantly within my budget. The first salesman named Anthony was not very helpful and he had no clue what I wanted despite all the aspects of what I said I wanted. I fortunately was then helped by a salesman named Chip and he was upper helpful! He listened and thought about what I was asking for and found a car within my budget. Of course the car wasn't perfect aesthetically , but he gave me some more additional so that I can get those few things touched up. I appreciate his help and his kindness! More
