A quick transaction once I found the car I wanted. I test drove 4 or 5 cars late on a Sunday afternoon with Kevin, the salesman who greeted me. He never complained when I wanted to drive more vehicles and was knowledgeable about all the used cars we tested. Kevin handed me off to Chip Lowman to crunch the numbers and do the paperwork. Kevin was knowledgeable and professional the entire time. I had to return the next day to pick up the vehicle due to insurance delays and Chip had the car ready, detailed and gassed up. I am enjoying my almost new car and all the perks of this high end modern vehicle. More

Absolutely love my 2014 Mini-Cooper, and Chip Lowman and his team were fantastic. Helpful without putting on pressure. Friendly without being phony. Chip put all the used-car salesman stereotypes to rest. My only sadness is that after only a short time driving my cute, little red mini, we received unexpected overseas orders and now I will have to tell her goodbye. More
