Pat, was right one the top of it with us when we were looking for a new truck. He was real nice telling us what they had fixed and worked on while it was in the shop. On top of all that Pat worked on ALL the paperwork for us over night and then the next morning, so when we got to the lot the next evening to actually get the truck all we had to do was just sign a couple pieces of paper and then we were out the door within a couple of minutes with the keys.
