Started out great I went back and forth before making the decision to get a car through this company. And went ahead and did it. I traded my car in for 2000 according to them and then gave them another 2000 down. So there’s 4000 and still making payments on time. Then i had to help a family member because they have been ill. And i got behind. Only to be harassed by the office people. I just want out of this nightmare. More

Bait and switch The dealership in Ashtabula JD Byrider makes a call back to me after I was looking online for inventory and I had requested to apply for a Jeep he ask The dealership in Ashtabula JD Byrider makes a call back to me after I was looking online for inventory and I had requested to apply for a Jeep he asked for certain amount of documents which then I came in and supplied and had a Lincoln to trade in a 2006 executive L series free and clear title so he comes back and said well we can get you approved on a couple of conditions along with money down and my trade in which is free and clear I might add and the value of my Lincoln is close to $4,000 because it's an executive l and for a car that was a piece of crap on the car lot which I did not apply for that car does initially on the phone he said that's all I would need us to trade on and no money down and what I had asked him to not go to a closer JD Byrider he said no because the jeep that I was applying for was only at that car lot but the jeep was not at that car lot it was in Parma and I told them we are done here got up and walked away but then I wasted an hour going out there in an hour back during a day of which I should have been at work you have to watch this company they are very scam artist but the kicker is when I add text over to their office and called and left a voicemail to destroy my documents and to take me off of any advertising list I have all the sudden been getting text messages of advertising for mother different vendors that they had sold my information to I don't understand as to how the state has not shut this office down stay away from this office if they have people that work like that and conduct himself in this manner chances are the cars are usually going to be bad as well More
