We weren’t worthy of the Finance Manager’s Time I wish there was a “zero” star option. We went there once before and saw a car we were interested in. We were up front about shopping around a little more, so we put down cash to hold it for 24 hours. Another lot had a better deal so we purchased somewhere else. We’re in the market for another car and went to JD Byrider again to check out the selection. We were told by the FINANCE MANAGER that he was not going to show us what our options were because we chose to buy from somewhere else last time and he didn’t want to “waste time” doing any numbers. That’s his JOB for goodness sake!! The worst thing a business can do is try to “punish” customers or make them feel like they’re doing them a “favor” by allowing them to spend their hard earned money there. Salesmen are wonderful, but the arrogant finance manager...not so much. Save your money for business who respect you, because the Finance Manager a JD BYRIDER certainly doesn’t! More
