Great Customer Service to Tom I purchased a car from jd byrider with salesman Fred who was awesome 👏🏾 but after I missed one payment DAMON WAS VERY RUDE AND NASTY which made me q I purchased a car from jd byrider with salesman Fred who was awesome 👏🏾 but after I missed one payment DAMON WAS VERY RUDE AND NASTY which made me question myself do I really need that car. I also tried to make my payment early and DAMON told me I couldn’t do that which I never heard before?!?! But TOM became my finance guy and he is amazing and so polite it is wasn’t for him I would have gave the car back. Thanks Tom for everything and hopefully you can show DAMON RUDE AELF HOW TO HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. On another note I will never recommend anyone to them as long as DAMON is there!!! More

Bitter/Sweet I recieved a call from Damon i was in the hospital he was very ruled and nasty my payment was 9hrs late from due date he calls with not good morning I recieved a call from Damon i was in the hospital he was very ruled and nasty my payment was 9hrs late from due date he calls with not good morning can i speak to he shouted you didnt make your payment we exchanged words which i have recorded i asked for a supervisor he tells me no! I hang up call back he put someone on the phone that said he was the supervisor and he was also a mess i never missed a payment or never been late everyone else is very nice but Damon i dont no why he is in customer service so unprofessional i hope someone over him reads this before you loose out on customers!!!! More

Worst experience ever My sales person Jeff was absolutely wonderful however everyone I encountered after him made me feel like a criminal not a customer. During the first y My sales person Jeff was absolutely wonderful however everyone I encountered after him made me feel like a criminal not a customer. During the first year of my loan I had one late payment which I was treated like I was a wanted man. After calling them back and playing phone tag I was accused of avoiding their calls even if I’m at work they expect you to answer your phone I guess. Will and Damon made my decision easy to find another finance company so that’s what I did and even then the harassment kept coming in the form of text messages and nasty voicemails. I’m not sure if this is common practice but I’ve never not felt like a valued customer by someone I was giving my hard earned money to. I sure they will troll this review and say just pay on time but even when dealing with the lost of my mom these caring individuals keep their tactics coming. I’m happy to say I will NEVER put myself in the position to ever deal with them again nor will I ever refer anyone to that company or dealership. They are spiteful , miserable people who seem to get off on trying to intimidate you and when that does not work they purposely try to sabotage you. Glad to be moving on from them looking out the review mirror of my brand new car with lower financing. More
