Lack of empathy, remorse and responsibility I was told I could trade in my van as part of a payment option for my new vehicle. JDB would tow the van for free since it wasn't driveable. By free t I was told I could trade in my van as part of a payment option for my new vehicle. JDB would tow the van for free since it wasn't driveable. By free they meant they would take the cost to tow it off the money they offered for it and basically I would get $100 for my van. James told me that I would be called to schedule a time for them to tow my van. I never be got a call. The towing company called my husband's work when they were almost to my house. He didn't get to answer because it was his boss's number and he was at work. No one was home. They took the van without getting in touch with me. I still had personal items inside the van. I called to confirm with JDB that they had the correct contact information for me, not knowing my husband had already talked to them. I spoke with Drew who was completely unapologetic about the situation, took no ownership in the error, and seemed bothered by me even calling in the first place. I am livid. Now, at my husband's inconvenience, he has to go to JDB or wherever the van ends up to clean it out there, instead of at the comfort and convenience of my home. Thanks, JDB, for the inconsiderate treatment of a responsible, hard working customer. More
