Poor Service Called to take my car because the transmission requires service light came on at 51000 miles, they said I could drop it off it would have to stay for Called to take my car because the transmission requires service light came on at 51000 miles, they said I could drop it off it would have to stay for a couple of day and they would look at It when they could. I explained in order To do that I would need a loaner Car. They told me Mitsubishi doesn’t have loaner cars. Called another dealer they gave me N appt for 9:00 the next morning. They also gave me a loaner car. I then find out when I took my car to jBA at 34000 miles they should of told me transmission work was needed at 30,000 miles , but they never mentioned it. Then by chance the person who sold us the car calls and leaves a message that it has been 2 1/2 years he was checking on things. More
