Experience was average until I asked for the vin to run a carfax.. I asked four times and was ignored. The salesman was friendley and very helpfull. I did buy a used car in excellent condition. I had my mechanic check it and their is nothing wrong with the vehicle. We went in to buy a vehicle and at first the salesman was very nice and accommodating. We agreed on a price of the vehicle which was a good deal but as we were asking questions the manager would then promise very nice and accommodating. He would not return numerous phone calls claiming he was busy with customers (aren't we customers?). We had given a check that he held until work he said his own mechanic told him needed done was done. When we went to pick up the vehicle he said another mechanic looked at it and said that work didn't need to be done after all. This was disturbing to us because he said it was going to be done by the pick up date and he did nothing. They claim on their website to be Christian based company. We were lied to numerous times and also ignored. The example of bad service I have given is only one of about there things that really irritated us. Thank goodness we received our check back and got the heck out of that shady place! I can't say that they are Christians or good business people. More

I had a good experience there. I forgot the salesman's name but he was very polite and helpful. I had a lenghtly test drive and financing was obtained for me as well. The only thing is before you test drive they want to make sure you're serious about the car-I was, but that could be a turn off if you are not sure about the care 100 %. It has been 3 months and my car is doing extremly well. They have the best warrantly program I have ever heard of. I used it once recently with no problems. My repair was covered 100 %. I did check out the company prior to my visiting there so I knew it was a reputible company with the Better Business Bureau. I would do business here again! More
