Hidden Problems JW Truck Sales did not disclose issues with a truck we purchased. We were able to confirm with other parties that JW was aware of the issue, but decid JW Truck Sales did not disclose issues with a truck we purchased. We were able to confirm with other parties that JW was aware of the issue, but decided not to disclose them. When asked to fix the issues, they refused. When the threat of a lawsuit came up they decided to offer and fix the issues. After weeks of waiting, they finally told us that our truck was ready and everything was fixed. After we picked up the truck, within an hour we discovered that it was not fixed and some of the parts were not even assembled correctly. Members of JW Truck Sales have been less than honest and I would never recommend trusting them. I only wished that I had read an article from a couple in Canada and how they were treated and cheated before I decided to by from them! There are plenty of other honest dealers out there to go to. Do yourself a favor and do not do business with JW! More
