The BEST PLACE !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was looking for car that was worth the money we had to pay for it ,and we got more than what we expected, not only did they have so many to choose f I was looking for car that was worth the money we had to pay for it ,and we got more than what we expected, not only did they have so many to choose from they offer car fax that is something hardly you see with a used car lot. Also all the staff are so nice and friendly. Our salesman James was very nice and upfront with everything. They are the best place to get a car from, We will be buying a 2nd car from them later on. I had been looking for a Honda CRV for my daughter who is just beginning to drive for several months. I knew what I wanted and what I wanted to pay for it. No other dealership, while doing my research, had this much inventory! The guys were understanding of my situation and worked HARD to find the perfect fit for my needs. Each car I drove seemed to be maintained well and very clean. You can tell they take pride in their dealership!! After all, repeat customers is always the goal of a dealership and they have earned one repeat customer with me! I had a much better experience with Jim and Jack than I had a the bigger, "name brand," dealerships! I will return when it is time to buy my next vehicle. More
I gave this rating because I was thoroughly pleased with how I was treated as a customer. I was the last in my family to visit this lot to make a purchase. He was very pleased and highly recommended that I go to this dealership when I wanted to trade and upgrade to a luxury vehicle. Needless to say Devin was my sales rep and was wonderful at assisting me with no pressure. I would certainly recommend JT Autu Mart to others in the market for a new vehicle. First of all I would like to thank Billy for his efforts on finding an answer for me! And then I would like to thank Llamar for making the deal happen! So in October I decided that I wanted a Scion tC,,,, If you know anything about these cars they are not the cheapest cars! So I started applying for some that I liked only and everytime I got the same answer "i'm sorry but we cannot find a bank that will accept your credit for the amount that you need". UGH... so then I stumbled across JT Auto Mart... I live about 90 miles away! So I called and talked to Llamar he said that he thought that he may be able to get me a loan and told he to give my information to Heather, his assistant. So after that I heard back within 2 days and to my surprise I WAS APPROVED! Everything was going great till I realized that I didn't have the title for my trade; It was lost! Oh no! So I called and got the chance to talk to Billy. He was very nice and understanding and helped me through the process of signing over my title without the title. Problem solved! So then I went to JT Auto Mart and signed away. Jim helped me through the process of insurance and some of the signing. Overall I was very pleased with my first car buying experience! They could not do anything right, and lied when we called to ask questions. 1. Sent our paper work to the wrong place so our 30 day tags ran out. My vehicle had to sit and could not be driven. 2. "Forgot" to send in the payoff to the bank of the vehicle that I traded in. 3. Said they would overnight a part and it took over two weeks. 4. Salesman was rude, but we overlooked it at the time because he seemed to be stressed out. 5. Had to put brakes on it, line up the car, put a set of plugs, and change the oil as soon as we got it. 6. No customer service once you leave heir car lot. 7. Sent the wrong amount of tax money to DMV and had to be contacted by the DMV to send another check. This lead to another delay in getting the vehicle ready to drive. I have bought many cars over the years and have never had such a poor experience. More
