We drive almost 2 hours from our home to test drive the car after a brief email exchange with dealership. Our main complaint is that we asked on three occasions to have our plates on car , instead of them plates. We were told be dealership that there is no extra charge to get new plates. This is not true. We had to pay additional taxes and fees for new plates , instead of transferring. We feel certain this was a money maker for dealership. Also , our car was not detailed as promised. We can not recommend this dealership to anyone and have peeled their decal of our car. More

I prefer to let my friends and family know of unfavorable experiences with businesses rather than putting them on blast on a public platform. My wife and I own a small business, so we can definitely understand and appreciate how bad reviews, whether warranted or not, can affect business and potential customers. That being said - I hope there is no word limit to this review box. Let me start off by saying that this JT dealership is roughly 120 miles round-trip from my house. I was excited to check out the Infiniti FX50 that they had for sale. It is a particularly rare vehicle, so I was happy to find one that was close enough to drive to in an afternoon. First trip: I arrived at the dealership and spoke to one of the sales reps who attempted to locate the vehicle. After about 5 minutes of waiting - they said they could not find the keys. I signaled to them that I could see the car on the lot from the window inside the sales office. Again - it is a rare vehicle and matched the color from the photos, so I was sure that was it. After another 5-10 minutes of waiting, I am informed that the vehicle is prepping to go into the shop for maintenance. I left the dealership without getting to drive the vehicle or even see it outside of the sales room window. A week passes in between visits. In that time, I speak on the phone with a manager named Josh. I expressed my concerns about my first trip and he assured me that he would personally check on the vehicle and for me to let him know when I wanted to come down a second time. I told him a date and time that I would come by. Second trip: I arrived for a second time at the date and time that I gave Josh. We speak for a moment while a sales rep goes to fetch the keys to the car. Again to my surprise - unable to find the keys. Scrambling ensues and then it is said that the car is likely at their OTHER dealership, which is about 15 minutes further from the current dealership. I express that I don't want to drive to that dealership as I already spent time and, at that point, around 180 miles worth of gas to see this car. They agree to have a sales rep drive me down to that dealership in one of their cars. Once we get to the second dealership - surprise again! No car! Another 15 minute drive back to the original lot, and we find the car sitting again in plain sight at this dealership. On this second trip, I never made my way into the sales room, and the car was otherwise obstructed from my view on the main lot. The vehicle was still "in line" to enter the shop to be serviced. I asked the manager Josh to speak with the service manager. It was by him that I was informed that they have no idea what is wrong, and the car has never touched their service shop since they got it. Keep in mind that I had been searching for a car for some months, and this car was not new - it had been on their website for sale for at least 2 months prior to my initial visit. He says that they should be able to get the vehicle in the following Monday to ascertain the potential issues. Needless to say, I didn't get a call back on the following Monday. On that same Wednesday, I reached out via text to Josh, the manager that I had been speaking with. He told me with no sugar coating that he quit his job the very next day after my second visit, and to avoid them at all costs. Even so - I still pursued. This is a rare car we are talking about - and regardless of how crappy a dealership is, the price was decent and IF the car is sound, I would still buy. Although in hindsight, I wouldn't trust the word of this in-house run shop as far as I could throw it. After the scathing texts from a very recent former employee, I made another call to inquire about the car. I spoke with a man who identified himself as the sales manager, though I do not remember his name. He told me that the car has more problems than it's worth - basically. That they were likely going to send it back to auction because it would cost too much to fix the problems. Fair enough, I said, going on with my search after an already terrible experience. To my surprise, while still searching elsewhere for the same car, I see the Infiniti FX50, still for sale, but now with $3000 ADDED to the price tag. To end this long winded post, I have never had such a ridiculously - LAUGHABLY - bad experience with any dealership in my life. That is why I made this review, I want to make sure that everyone who will listen knows of my experience. They should know about the blatant lack of professionalism, organization, and conscience of this dealership. I would not recommend this place to anyone - take your money and your sanity elsewhere. I have read the other negative reviews from customers on this page - as well as the selective replies to some of them from JT, and I would love to see what you could possibly say to downplay my experience. I didn't buy anything, so the "car is sold as-is" argument won't really apply here. More

They sold me a car that they illegally failed to inspect, and when I took it in, I was told it was never inspected by the dealer and was unsafe and illegal to drive. When I called to talk to JTmart, Louis told me, and I quote "I don't give a xxxx". So, fine Louis, I will see you in court. Zero stars at all levels. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! More

Saying what you want to hear, not delivering When my fiancé settled on the car that she wanted, we were told by the salesman that all of our concerns with the car would be taken car of & anything When my fiancé settled on the car that she wanted, we were told by the salesman that all of our concerns with the car would be taken car of & anything that needed fixed, would be fixed to our satisfaction. Instead, after having the car for a week to fix a clunk in the front suspension, they tried to strong-arm us into taking a check without doing the repair. The discussion with the repair manager yielded that the repair was too expensive. The discussion of with the sales manager yielded that the repair department doesn't do much more than top of oil or fluids or simple repairs, very simple repairs... Rather than dealing with these people any longer, we took a check understanding that we were going to have to foot any repairs ourselves. I would steer clear of this dealership if your looking for integrity in the sales process. More
Do NOT Buy from here My wife and I purchased a vehicle from here. It was a 2006 Ford F-250 Crew Cab 4x4 Lariat. I have excellent credit and could have purchased my vehicle My wife and I purchased a vehicle from here. It was a 2006 Ford F-250 Crew Cab 4x4 Lariat. I have excellent credit and could have purchased my vehicle anywhere but liked the truck and the mileage. We spoke with James who I think his nickname was "Bump??" maybe. He was a taller middle aged black man who was very nice. A few hours and days after the sale was when I realized in my opinion; he was one of the greatest con men I have ever had the displeasure of dealing. We apparently met with the same finance gentleman who has a northern accent that several reviewers dealt with here. He apparently wanted to be somewhere else and was angry to have had to work because he was flat out rude. He had no desire to work with us to negotiate a better deal. So the wife and I said thank you and started to leave. I'm not one to waste anyone's time. James came out and begged for us to stay and he would talk to the finance person. The finance man was even more mad and even more rude so I decided I would just get financing with my bank instead of through them and the finance person said he didn't care one way or another. My wife and left and told them we might in purchasing the vehicle after I got one of my banks to finance because I didn't like the attitude but it was a spectacular truck. I called James the salesman back the next week and told him I had arranged financing and we would be back the following week (I live 3 hours away) to get the vehicle. James assured me he would have the truck looked over, the minor things I mentioned to repair as well as any other items they might find. He said he would have it cleaned and looking great for me to take home with me that Friday we returned. When we arrived the truck was not cleaned at all. They had "allegedly" checked the rest of the vehicle and it was fine. On the way home the a/c wouldn't work. James told me to get an estimate and call and he would get the repairs authorized which I did. I never got a call back. his cell phone number always went to voicemail when I called and I left messages with the main office for him to return my call approving my repairs which totaled almost $500 that time. Interestingly enough the warranty wouldn't cover it because the warranty coverage was changed and didn't match the brochure I was given. Then the vehicle was NEVER inspected by the dealership before tags were filed. There had not been an inspection on the vehicle and there wasn't an inspection included in the my paperwork. I only give this place a single star because you can't give less than one or zero. Interestingly enough it seems the company spends a lot of time on the reviews defending themselves which also should have seemed fishy. The responses say the same thing, but never offer to make things right even when they admit they made a mistake. I'm not looking for anything free I just don't like a company not honoring the commitments they have agreed upon. I should have reviewed the company in greater detail and it would have steered me very clear of this dealership More

Typical used car dealership I had found my vehicle online and being that I live a few hours away I had asked the salesperson a few questions about the vehicle before driving to s I had found my vehicle online and being that I live a few hours away I had asked the salesperson a few questions about the vehicle before driving to see it. I had asked about the interior, exterior, engine, etc. I was told there were no scratches in the leather or paint and everything else worked perfect and was great. When I got to the lot I had noticed many smaller scratches, two paint chips the size of a fingernail, a small/medium dent on a fender well, a large gash in the leather and a rattle from the exhaust. I had just lost out on a great vehicle the day before so those issues did not bother me much as I liked the car overall. I did bring it up and was told that he just forgot about all of that and the sales manager had come up with some excuses about them not being an issue. He was very very typical of a used car sales manager trying to make excuses and telling me the 3" tear in the leather was just fine. I was fine dealing with him because I wanted the vehicle and once I buy it, I don't need any more interaction with him, but he came across very un trustworthy and sleezy. They knew if I drove 3hours to see it, they could lie and I would probably still buy. Unfortunately they were right but if I was a young person buying my first car or most anyone else, I would be turned off and would not purchase just because of him. My salesperson was nice and friendly, I was turned off by whoemever his sales manager was. The car seemed fine and everything checked out. I bought the car and within one week I had the car in the shop because of a leak in the transmission and radiator causing it to leak and fail, causing me $1,500 in repairs. The "mechanic" for this used car lot had even included some bogus checklist that he had reviewed the car, checked all oils, paint, leather, etc. And as we already know the leather had a 3" tear, paint chipping, etc. They didn't show me this checklist, I had found it in the car. My transmission mechanic had said there was a leak causing the transmission fluid to change color.. if the dealer "mechanic" had checked over the car he would have noticed the fluid was not red as all transmission fluid is ! This is my fault for rushing into the sale all because I lost a good deal the day before, but it goes to show how sleezy the salesmanship is and the trustworthiness of this dirt lot dealer. The ladies in the front office were very nice though and had helped a lot with getting me paperwork and helping get the vehicle titled. Do yourself a favor and dont go through this experience. There is nothing worse than paying top dollar for a car and then doing repairs. Have a real mechanic check the vehicle first if you find a deal you like. More
