Customer service was bad ..kept giving me the run-around...just purchased a ram 1500... Check engine came on day after I took it home..took back...it took them over two weeks to fix it...never ke run-around...just purchased a ram 1500... Check engine came on day after I took it home..took back...it took them over two weeks to fix it...never kept me updated ...and when I finally got it ...the same problem happened again..the said they fix it but obviously they didn't...now I have to take back...and when I got it back it was dirty after they said the detailed it .and it had scratches More

Pretty good. Nacho was very curteous and helpful. They changed the oil, but did not re-set the indicator. They repaired the thermostat and tracked down our extended warranty so we only had to pay $ They changed the oil, but did not re-set the indicator. We will have to bring it back. More

I had to call for updates, otherwise no communication for 2 weeks while they had my car. Just received it back, and still having same issue I dropped it off for!
