They have performed two The dealership's service department is very good. Easy to make appointments and they get the job done when they say they will. They have performed two emissions compliance updates to my Jeep. Through no fault on the part of J-Star, the vehicle is far less enjoyable to drive now after the compliance modifications. Their hands are tied to a certain set of parameters for the compliance and only through wishful thinking did I expect an improvement in performance after the last update. I will however, continue to take my Jeep to J-Star for needed service as long as I own it. More
