I pulled up and asked how long an oil change would take? He told me an hour so I waited. And actually sat for 2 hours. Before walking outside to see if my car had been started on. I walked in and tried to find someone to ask. But there was no receptionist, I waited and stood by the wall until I saw someone and asked him how much longer it would take. He said it was finished and he just had to gather my paperwork. No car wash for me car. No car sticker to let me know the next oil change. Nobody around to update me on the progression of the service. I had no sticker on my window to let me know my next oil change. So I called, I was transferred to service and the woman said would check on the mileage for me. When she clicked over it was a different new woman....not knowing who I was or why I was calling. More

My car was not repaired I dropped off my car to get the rear sensors/blind spot detectors checked out since they were not functioning properly after a repair done by a shop a I dropped off my car to get the rear sensors/blind spot detectors checked out since they were not functioning properly after a repair done by a shop after an accident. A loaner was provided which was nice and I was able to pick up my car the very next day. As soon as I got on the freeway the sensors were acting up again. I called Nacho right away and let him know that it wasn't fixed. He says that he would speak with the tech and get back to me right away. Here I am 3 days later and no phone call. Tried calling back the other day to see what the plan was but there was no answer. Decided to take my car to another dealership service department in hopes to get better service. More

Jason was Great and very informative, He took care of the issue. I received my vehicle back and noticed my back window does not stay up anymore but I never had an issue before I took it in, so that was not good. I didn't even bother calling it in because I may be without a vehicle for another 2 days. Overall dissatisfied with everything!! More
