My service at JStar was the most awful experience I have ever received from a dealer Not only did they replace parts that I never asked for or approved. But after spending over $3,400 with them I STILL h ever received from a dealer Not only did they replace parts that I never asked for or approved. But after spending over $3,400 with them I STILL have no AC in my Jeep. I have called the service manager and have left serval messages with Abraham and has he return any of them? NO! Not a single one. My last straw was after I returned the Jeep with the same issue where I was told that I was now under warranty for the work they said and failed at, they charged me an additional $170 to diagnose the issue. I had already paid this, they should have caught any problems the first time, why should I be paying an additional fee to figure out what they missed? I would like to find out but I can never get them on the phone. Incompetent doesn’t even begin to define this dealerships staff. They said that they have certified MOPR technicians working there. Really? I am finding that very difficult to believe at this point. I have told my entire Jeep club with over 100 members to stay the heck away from this dealership. They where all shocked by my experience with them. Would you ever go back to this place? More

I will not be buying a vehicle or stepping foot into this dealership ever again. Very poor service and treatment of customers. Took four hours for my oil change while I made an appointment. My jeep patriot needed multiple recall repairs as well as a smog check. Nacho who help me in service was fantastic. Let’s put it this way: at other dealers something always goes wrong.
