Complete turnaround since my last visit. J Star has turned around their repair department. The first time I went there it was a nightmare. The customer service was terrible. I had coupons f J Star has turned around their repair department. The first time I went there it was a nightmare. The customer service was terrible. I had coupons from Mopar and they didn’t want to honor them. They didn’t even want to work on my vehicle and were sending me to another dealership until the owner got involved and had them fix my van. This time I went in and there were completely new personnel. New service Manager and staff. They took care of me and I had some concerns with my Ram 3500 Promaster (Winnebago). They assured me that they were aware of the van and had the lifts to work on it. I waited for the service and everything was done with no problems. They didn’t even question the coupons from Mopar and accepted them. I would definitely recommend J Star now to fellow Winnebago owners who have a Ram. Thank you for a great experience. More
