Felt we had negotiated a fair deal. By the time we moved to contracting, Tim (think that’s him...the guy in the cowboy outfit) had taken a straightforward out the door pricing deal, unpacked all the numbers and transformed it into a complex document. I expressed something didn’t look right, and in his defense he reviewed the numbers again. I did not pick up on the fact he had added an extra thousand dollars to the cost. I clearly made the mistake of trusting him, and reviewed it in more detail at home...after signing it it...fatal mistake on my part. When I later confronted him on this, prior to handing him a $40,000 down payment, and both sales associates confirmed the original deal, Tim proceeded to deliver the “You’re an adult, you signed the contract” lecture. And he’s right. After 40 years of nothing but honorable experiences with the likes of Caliber Motors, Audi South Coast and the Wilson dealerships, my luck and my trust ran out. Of course I’ll honor the agreement. Since Tim expressed no serious interest in rectifying the error, I can only naturally deduce he duped me. A thousand dollars isn’t going to break me, and I’ll look forward a a great Jeeping experience. The knowledge of Tim’s actions are stinging, however. If J Star Motors wants to square this, they should consider providing me with an option or upgrade equivalent to the overcharge. Certainly not a legal requirement, but would be the ethical thing to do. Thanks for your consideration More
Customer service was bad ..kept giving me the run-around...just purchased a ram 1500... Check engine came on day after I took it home..took back...it took them over two weeks to fix it...never ke run-around...just purchased a ram 1500... Check engine came on day after I took it home..took back...it took them over two weeks to fix it...never kept me updated ...and when I finally got it ...the same problem happened again..the said they fix it but obviously they didn't...now I have to take back...and when I got it back it was dirty after they said the detailed it .and it had scratches More

Pretty good. Nacho was very curteous and helpful. They changed the oil, but did not re-set the indicator. They repaired the thermostat and tracked down our extended warranty so we only had to pay $ They changed the oil, but did not re-set the indicator. I had a warranty part on order and was contacted to come in and have the work done. They quickly scheduled an appointment and a loaner was provided.
