Not Ready We talked and they asked if we could come up that day for the truck. We told them that we could get there the next day around noon and they said ok a We talked and they asked if we could come up that day for the truck. We texted the next morning around 9 am and asked when we would be there we stated before noon and that it was a 2 hour drive. Again, they stated ok, it will be fueled, washed and ready. We arrive shortly before noon. The trade in and finance went quickly say 20-30 minutes, they said they had to fuel the vehicle.. It then took over an hour to fuel, wash and put the temp license plate (which they used only 1 screw in the front so it was basically just hanging there). There was also an issue with the EloGPS, that the unit was defective and they had to replace it. (Might have bought to check that out earlier?) Only one person there worn a mask and there were no wipes. More
