The purchasing process went smoothly and our sales guy was very easy to talk to and work with. He dropped off the car at our home once it was delivered and very patiently gave me a walk through of the car was very easy to talk to and work with. We did have an issue with the car within the week of getting hit it was quickly resolved and our salesman was courteous enough to check with us about the issue a few days later. More

I have never been so disappointed at a dealership. I was in contacted by an internet representative name Kelvin in regards to a car. We were in the process of exchanging information and try to solidif I was in contacted by an internet representative name Kelvin in regards to a car. We were in the process of exchanging information and try to solidify a deal. Later through the day he told he was going to have Jonathan contact me in regards to the car because he was stepping out. Jonathan only called me once, did not leave a message or text. I texted kelvin this morning to see the status and nothing. Called the store, spoke to Jonathan was rude. And basically told me “ we’ll I called you yesterday you didn’t answer”. And the car SOLD yesterday. So disappointed. I rather have someone text me that the car sold rather than no communication. So disappointed. More
