Contracting and financing component was dishonest. Sales process was ok but the finance guy added $1000 to to purchase price and refused to correct it. Factory scheduled maintenance My service time was expected to be about 2 hours and I barely had time to get home and eat some lunch before I received a phone call saying my car was My service time was expected to be about 2 hours and I barely had time to get home and eat some lunch before I received a phone call saying my car was done =) Thank you for such a speedy appointment. My car was so clean when I got it back, and fully dry unlike some other dealerships I've been to in the past. Will def. come back again. My only (constructive) criticism would be that I didn't see anybody wearing a face mask during the pandemic and I hope this location is taking things seriously, otherwise everything else about my visit was great. Dropped my car off for service and a check engine light on a Saturday. Easy check in. My only complaint is that I was never called or given a status update on my car.
