Had issues with this dealer 1st off i was told the truck that I wanted that was online for sale already wasn't there yet. When I was called that the truck was there and ready the sales guy told me it was ok that I wanted that was online for sale already wasn't there yet. When I was called that the truck was there and ready the sales guy told me it was ok to get my loan from my bank So I went got my loan thinking the truck was ready because that's what they told me. I get to the dealer and the sales guy showed me where the truck was at then just left me there looking at the truck by myself never came back out. Truck had some issues so the truck wasn't ready. He said he will get it fixed truck still had bumper to bumper warranty. After 2 weeks I called back told sales person that I have to pay in my loan and still no truck 3 weeks in now so I told him is it OK to do the paperwork to the truck cause the loan was already done and I had to pay on it the following week. So we do the paperwork for the truck long story short I had to take the truck to a different dealer myself because the dealer they took it to had it for 3 weeks and never even checked the truck. When I took the truck to the other dealer they figured everything out and because the damage to the wire harness underneath the truck was man made the bumper to bumper warranty didn't cover it so now I had to come out of pocket. I contacted the dealer where I originally bought it from they didn't want to pay for it at 1st the total was 2400 they only gave me 1500 so I had to come out of pocket 900 which I don't think was fair but the truck was already mine so didn't have a choice then after all that I found a square man made hole near the back seat under the rug don't know why it was there but now I have to put out money for that to. if u go to this dealer they do have nice cars and trucks but make sure u inspect every inch of it even underneath because when they buy there cars or truck it doesn't look like they inspect them More

Communication mediocre, vehicle filthy, smelled of dogs, scratches throughout interior from nails, missing door inserts, stains and scuffs on all panels, key mark down side, door ping, front end scuffed as scratches throughout interior from nails, missing door inserts, stains and scuffs on all panels, key mark down side, door ping, front end scuffed as if scraped on parking post, slick tires, oil change due in 28 miles, terrible swirl marks and acid spots all over the vehicles.... typical for a 80k mileage vehicle but this was a 1 owner 26k mileage Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve! None of this was mentioned in the ad and it was a delivery vehicle. Delivery driver couldn't speak 1 word of English at all. Feel like I bought a $5,000 Honda vs the $45,000 Jeep i received! More
