Pauley back in 2009. We purchased a Toyota Avalon (2008) pre-owned car. We loved our car. Gary worked to help us get into the car - so when the year ended in 2013, we decided to purchase another Avalon. Gary and Rob helped us again and we couldn't be happier with the service, the way they went out of their way to be of service to us. I want to highly recommend Mr. Brock. He went above and beyond his way to help us in any way he could. His professionalism and courtesy blew us away. He is an asset to J. Pauley Toyota - they should be proud to have him. Spicer's More
Well, we loved the whole experience. Things were done so quickly and easy for us. Nathan worked as hard as possible in making sure we were completely happy with our Rav4. He answered any questions we had, quickly and easy for us. Nathan worked as hard as possible in making sure we were completely happy with our Rav4. He answered any questions we had, no matter how silly they may have sounded, and was quite confident in his knowledge of our vehicle. Nathan was very polite and even made time for me when I came back the next day to ask, "Hey, how do I..." He was so nice and a real professional. Curtis is just totally confident in his job. He really made our 'paperwork' a pretty task. Nobody likes that part of it, no matter where you go, but he is great and very enjoyable. He helps take the 'boring' out of the car-buying process. Honestly, it was fun and we love J. Pauley Toyota!!! Would not want to go anywhere else, they treat us well. How about a cappuccino machine?! More

Tried to buy a new car today from them.we waited in showroom for 30 minutes before a salesman came to us. while we were waiting another couple came in and was looking at the same car we were looking at showroom for 30 minutes before a salesman came to us. while we were waiting another couple came in and was looking at the same car we were looking at that was in the showroom. our salesman came back and said they had some more of that style out on the lot. we went out there with the salesman and found one that had more options than the one on the showroom floor. salesman asked us if we wanted to test drive it. we did. upon arriving back at dealership, we parked it next the vehicle we were going to trade in. We took the key out of vehicle and went back in dealership to try to buy the car. while we were waiting, the other couple and their salesman were out looking at the car we had just driven. Next thing we knew they were driving off in the car. We were haggling price, and salesman would go up with our offer and would be gone for 15 minutes and come back with counter offer. Meanwhile other salesman and couple were doing the same thing. The managers office sits above showroom and we could see people milling around there. Then sales manager came out to get involved with the deal and we talked to him and we countered his offer. Off to the glass tower he went and I know he was waiting to see what kind of offer other customer was making. In a few minutes, sales manager came back and said the car had been sold to the other couple who had been 15-20 minutes BEHIND us even going into dealership. I DID NOT RIDE INTO TOWN ON A TURNIP TRUCK. THEY DELAYED THE SALE TO ME TO SEE IF THEY COULD MAKE MORE ON OTHER CUSTOMER. I let him know that I did not appreciate him selling the car out from under us. He denied that is what happened!!!! Do you think I will try to ever buy from them again? This was 3rd time I tried to deal with them. I bought 2 Toyota pickups in Fayetteville last year and will buy one soon from ANYBODY but J Pauley. However........I DO intend to have my Toyota vehicles services there at my convenience if for no other reason than to let them know there ARE other dealers in the area who are much more appreciative of their customers! They had not provided the lug nut key for the anti-theft wheels that came with the truck. Free Roadside assistance is only good to 36000 (my truck 46000) miles which is no problem for me as i can change the flat myself except i had no lug key. Called Roadside assist. anyway and asked if they could come out and get the tire off for me for $70 but they couldn't guarantee that they could and suggested i call the dealership the next day. The service manager at J Pauley Toyota would not give any solutions to my problem except to tow it($100 plus) in or call roadside assistance which i had already informed her that they weren't sure they could get the tire off. I asked to borrow a lug key or how do i get another. She suggested that i had lost mine at another tire shop but they are the only ones to work on my truck and it is the tires that i purchased from them not that it matters to the problem that i have and fighting about that is a waste of time. I finally got tired of trying to get a real solution after 5 min. of arguing and hung up. I called the Toyota dealer in Fayetteville Ar. and had a solution in 3-4 minutes. Poor service for a small problem so how will they treat me on a bigger problem. More
My family has been faithful customers of JPauley..having bought three cars there with cash. And taking three cars in for all servicing and work even though we have to drive 2 hours one way. I had had some bought three cars there with cash. And taking three cars in for all servicing and work even though we have to drive 2 hours one way. I had had some annoying things happen- such as Jana told me they had found a keyless entry system cheaper and did I want to use that one. Never bothered to tell me the cheaper one wasn't factory. And it never did work but since I didn't get it in within 90 days, too bad for me! But the kicker was when I took my 4Runner in ALL summer to have the A/C worked on. The final time was right before school started. My mom had been nice enough to drive me back and forth all summer but with school starting that wasn't an option. I told the dealership when I left it that it would be AWHILE before I could get back up to get it and that it would be left there for quite some time. They assured me that it was fine and not a problem. Not a problem till I finally was able to get it and it had 3 dents in the passenger back door...3 dents that NO ONE knew how they got there. It was even hinted that WE had tried to cover the damaged paint up with touch-up paint. I don't even own touch up paint! We left it and a few days later was told it was fixed the best they could. I didn't like the wording. I have always kept my vehicles in excellent condition. My husband took off half a day of work so we could get there before closing. We could still see where the dents had been and the paint had not been fixed. The asst manager came out to look and agreed the work was shoddy and he wouldn't be happy with it either. And the manager was on vacation but that he, Chad, would see to it. I got a call from Daniel saying that they had done all that they were going to do on it and he was sorry that I wasn't happy with the work. In one conversation he told me that they had no clue how the dents got there that my car hadn't been parked close to any others. That was a lie since I had to walk out back to get it since no one was nice enough to drive it to the front for me. I called Chad, he said the manager was back and there was nothing he could do. I got transferred to Ed, the manager. He was completely rude and derogatory. He said it was all my fault for leaving the vehicle there and they have to send their new cars to get fixed all the time. I guarantee they do a better job with their own cars. Apparently, when you sign the work order giving them permission to work on your car. You also sign away all liability for ANYTHING that happens on their lot: theft, arson and "any unforeseen events." My husband had to miss another partial day of work because we were concerned that more "unforeseen" accidents might happen if we left it there any longer. My husband saw Ed before we left and informed him that this "accident" did NOT happen on the lot. It happened in the shop. It was just the kind of dents made when an air hose valve is stuck open after removing an attachment from a pressurized hose. And that someone in the shop had nicely tried to cover it up. Anyway, dealing with a man must be much more palatable from Ed because he finally offered- after my husband said we would never darken their doors again- that they could pay half of what it cost to get it fixed. If he had made that offer to me instead of being completely rude- I would have taken him up on it. Instead, we will find somewhere else that wants our future business. BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS! More
Vivian was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the vehicles for which I made inquiries. She was not one of those salespersons that you can't get away from, she was around if we needed her, but did no vehicles for which I made inquiries. She was not one of those salespersons that you can't get away from, she was around if we needed her, but did not "dog us" and we appreciated that. Everyone we came into contact with was courteous. This is our second purchase with J. Pauley and it won't be the last. More

We worked out a deal on new tires and I got it in writing, they told me the day I brought the new car in for tires that the car I was getting tires off of was sold. I had a friend call up and ask if they had the car, the salesman told him yes we do. I was just told alot of lies... There is more to the story but I'm keeping it short. Service Dept will take things apart and not put all of the screws back in where they go and half xxx everything, they are rushed. Go to NWA to buy your Toyota! More
