Incredibly Happy First Time Customer I was treated excellent by J. Pauley as a loyal toyota customer even though it was my first time there. I was very unhappy with ORR Toyota in Hot Spr I was treated excellent by J. Pauley as a loyal toyota customer even though it was my first time there. I was very unhappy with ORR Toyota in Hot Springs since I had previously bought 3 Camry's from them and all they were willing to do was give me $500 off for customer loyalty. Orr toyota never tried to work with me on my car budget. J. Pauley Toyota thanked me for being a loyal customer and immediately worked with me to get the monthly payments within my car budget range. They were very helpful and thoughtful and I will forever reccomend them to everyone and always return to them for any and all of my Toyota needs! More
Undisclosed Damage / (Hidden from CARFAX) Undisclosed damage issue with a 2014 Hyundai Equus sold without disclosing rear end damage from a prior wreck.( Tulsa Oklahoma Hyundai located the und Undisclosed damage issue with a 2014 Hyundai Equus sold without disclosing rear end damage from a prior wreck.( Tulsa Oklahoma Hyundai located the undisclosed damage) Photos were sent to Mr G Barber. Please note that J Pauley Toyota can not deny knowledge of said damage in that they were seen using electronic devices to locate such damage on other vehicles. Therefore J Pauley was fully aware that the 2014 Hyundai Equus had been wrecked and failed to disclose this information to the buyer. Spoke with Mr. G Baber about the undisclosed damage to the 2014 Hyundai Equus, Mr. Baber was rude and condescending. I hope that this is not the image that the J Pauley Toyota establishment is intending to project. Mr. G Barber statements were unprofessional asserting that any assistance that I receive would be at his leaser, only solidifying a propensity for unsavory acts. Mr. Baber stated that I should move forward with all complaints. I will take Mr. Baber's advice and move forward with all complaints. Please note that all negative J Pauley Toyota feedback hereafter posted warning other consumers as a result of Mr. Baber's failure to assist the consumer. (Note. Mr. Baber gave me a gmail account to send the photos of the damage to 2014 Equus instead of a J Pauley account, I would like to correspond through a working J Pauley email account). More

Your loss. Word of advice, don't look at how I'm dressed and think I can't afford the vehicle. Having said that, their service department rocks. Always been in and out with them. They're attentive and courteous. I own a Toyota, and will always go to these guys. Sales, you need to take a lesson from your service department. More
