When I was looking recently to replace my old mini van with a newer upgrade, I stopped in to J L Freed and was greeted by Dave Netz. I explained what I was looking for, and he showed me a very nice used S with a newer upgrade, I stopped in to J L Freed and was greeted by Dave Netz. I explained what I was looking for, and he showed me a very nice used Sienna on their lot. Dave was very patient as I clambered all over the interior of the vehicle, and demonstrated all the features carefully and repeatedly. This was the kind of good customer service one would expect, but Dave went above and beyond as I returned several times that week to drive the vehicle, to come back with my husband to drive the vehicle, then to return once more on my own to simply sit in the van for about a half hour to an hour just to make sure the seats would be comfortable for my back for a more lengthy period of time! He was unfailingly helpful and encouraging, and although I felt a little silly making the last request! I did buy the van after all, and am very satisfied with the vehicle. But Dave's patient friendly help in the process made an otherwise very stressful search for just the right van much more pleasant. He was great to work with! Jeanne More
