Disappointed in this dealership. They care more about profits then customers. Honda put the incorrect fluid into my transmission and the now the transmission is having issues. I have never been to a better service department than JL Freed's. It is top notch and a pleasure to go there. At JL Freed's you are meet with a smile and alway in a positive attitude. The service technician Freed's. It is top notch and a pleasure to go there. At JL Freed's you are meet with a smile and alway in a positive attitude. The service technician's are polite and honest. They never try to over sell or pressure you into purchasing something you don't need. When I leave I have a good feeling about my car that's is in top notch condition. Even the other customers in the waiting room rave about the service. Let's face it you buy the car once but service it many times throughout it's life. I made the mistake of purchasing a different brand than Honda and I can say first hand their service is the pitts. PLEASE don't make the mistake I made. I regretted it from the first week I purchased it. I just wish JL Freed expanded to sell other brands than Honda. You are the best. More
Took my HRV in for inspection. I got a call telling me that a transmission leak was found , because they realized at my last service a washer was not put back on . They then tried to sell me new tires,ro that a transmission leak was found , because they realized at my last service a washer was not put back on . They then tried to sell me new tires,rotation, and balance. I told them no. I just had new tires put on a month ago. When I went to pick up my car the true fun began. They lost my car, yes they lost my car. I got to watch them frantically search for my car. It started with one service guy looking then a service rep, then a service manager, then more service guys. After 45 minutes they finally found my car. They never told me why it was so hard to find my car, but I did listen to them whisper that my car was lost. More
This place is xxxxxxxx. I’ve come in twice and both times was left with more damage and parts missing then before! Matt was extremely unhelpful. After going through the car damages with my husband and claimi was left with more damage and parts missing then before! Matt was extremely unhelpful. After going through the car damages with my husband and claiming it will be fixed they did a half xxx job and did not even reattach the mud guard which is now falling off. He claims that the damages were under dirt. What a shocker considering it was more than a week before you took it back to repair it and I had already been down to the beach with it. This place is a scam. Another time I took it in to have my hatchback fixed as it would no longer open. They must’ve gone through a side panel inside the car and never replaced it. I got it back with a big plastic chunk missing out the back and when I called about it they took over a week to get the part and replace that. What happened to the one originally in my car! I can only assume their sales department is just as cruddy as matt the “director” of the service department. More

I called three weeks in for an update and the guy was kinda rude gave me an attitude “well there’s a lot of damage miss “ sure not problem, I’ve never been in an accident before so I was just looking for an update. Car Winshield Chip Service I went in to have my windshield chip fixed and had to wait for 2.5 hours for someone to come when I had made an appointment prior for a 15 minute quic I went in to have my windshield chip fixed and had to wait for 2.5 hours for someone to come when I had made an appointment prior for a 15 minute quick fix. I wish they would’ve had me come back another time when they were better prepared since I had my child with me. A week after the windshield was patched it cracked in the same place. Very frustrating since I have had good experiences prior to this appointment. More
