It just so happens the day I was scheduled to go make my down payment and pick up Here’s a story for you. Texas is not a state known for ice and snow. It just so happens the day I was scheduled to go make my down payment and pick up my 2011 Subaru WRX it snowed roughly 3” and all of the roads were completely iced over. When I told Jackson, the dealer helping me with the WRX, that I wasn’t able to make it due to the ice, he sent two employees in a lifted 4x4 truck to pick me up and bring me to the dealership free of charge. If that isn’t customer service, I do not know what is. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and very helpful. The WRX had a handful of cosmetic issues that were all taken care of before I even made my down payment. If you’re looking to buy a car look nowhere else than J and L. More
