When I walked in the door at Barkau of Cedarville, I already knew what vehicle I was looking for...I was looking for the right sales person. A sales person who I could feel comfortable dealing with, on already knew what vehicle I was looking for...I was looking for the right sales person. A sales person who I could feel comfortable dealing with, one that would listen with respect to my needs and concerns, someone I felt I could trust. I found that in Tim - he makes the entire process of choosing and purchasing a vehicle feel like you are dealing with family. I had already walked away from a similar vehicle at a dealership closer to home because of the callous treatment I had received from one of their salesmen. Tim listened and understood my personal vehicle needs and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I chose. I called on the phone to see if they had this truck. Then I had told them that I would be in the next day to look at it. I gave them my name and what I was looking to trade in. We went in and discussed numbers that could work for me and them. He was extremely nice to my children and made them feel as they were apart of the buying process.
