Amazing People (again)!!! Reggie and Dave were absolutely awesome. We are now repeat customers of ByRyder. Emergency battery replacement I called Chip the service manager this afternoon & told him my car wouldn't start he stated he may not be able to get to me today but he would check t I called Chip the service manager this afternoon & told him my car wouldn't start he stated he may not be able to get to me today but he would check the battery. When I arrived him & Ruben were on it! Not only did they check the battery but they ordered & replaced the battery in a timely manner! My car drives like new!
