Completely disrespectful and inept. They actually told me that they couldn't find the problem, and that I would just have to drive unt something else went bad and bring my car back at that time. Just bought a brand new battery because the one that was in it when I bought the car went bad after 9 months. The guy at the service desk said that my problem could be due to buying an after market remote. Everything on the car is just as it was when I purchased the car. The radiator rusted through after only 8 months or so. Continuous engine problems since I bought the car! Every few months the check engine light comes on and I have to drive it back in. Had to have it towed there once. I've my Chrysler 300. It would be even better if I don't have a $427 car payment and hundreds and hundreds of dollars to waste in repairs every few months. You guys are robbing my family with this scheme.This car stranded .e and my traveling children! So blatantly disrespectful. I spent thousands on a warranty that you just smirk and say we'll this or that isn't covered. I gave you guys chance after chance, but you are unapologetically scamming people! Enough is enough. I PROMISE to see to it that all involved in this scheme are exposed, removed and or replaced! Nothing is remotely funny! Strange how the operation looks and sounds like a circus though. I know the right organization(s) to call to for you to get your business on track or get out of business! I get it. We'll treat you however we want; you need us! Bunch of crocs; just waiting to snatch unsuspecting families in need into the swamp and devour them.. Yeah, not so much. That is a promise! Not happy I bought my second vehicle from them and have had it now for about a month. As the weather gets warmer I started to check to see if the air conditioni I bought my second vehicle from them and have had it now for about a month. As the weather gets warmer I started to check to see if the air conditioning works. It doesn't. We were told it did work when we bought it. So we didn't check it. We trusted the sales person, who was apparently dishonest. Also my check engine light is on. I have an appt to get it looked at but I'm really upset that after having this for a month I'm already having to put money into it. I am not happy with this and will be looking into other options for future purchases. Watch out for Maureen More

Nathan created a monthly budget and gave me a monthly estimate of my car payment. I met with Mariyah the finance agent and we chatted a little, she was very firm and I appreciated that . The only downside is providing 10 references. The entire process lasted about 2 hours and I was driving. Nathan offered me newer cars within my budget. I had shared with them my experience from buying my last car and he wanted to make sure I didn't go through that again , paying too much for and old car. More
