Service Deparment They say they do a "comprehensive check" on all vehicals, but I think thats just a line they sell on a poster in the lobby. My car has needed a handf They say they do a "comprehensive check" on all vehicals, but I think thats just a line they sell on a poster in the lobby. My car has needed a handful of things ranging from nut not limited to; Running light, valve stem replacement, window control arm, fluid for almost everything even after I told them to check it. Key ignition sticks, breaks sauealing, needs alignment because it wasnt done on the car when they put tires on it. And then wyen you bring up these problems to them They try and blame it on you. Worst experience ive ever had with this place and I'm a 3 peet customer. But ill tell you this will be my last. More

Great experience at jd byrider I came in on October 21 and Kristi the program consultant at J.D. Byrider was absolutely amazing to work with she listened to my needs and got me into I came in on October 21 and Kristi the program consultant at J.D. Byrider was absolutely amazing to work with she listened to my needs and got me into a car with a down payment and monthly payment I was comfortable with! The staff stayed open hours past closing with me and two other customers. David Hodgens was thorough in explaining the financial part of buying my 2009 Chevy cobalt; he made the terms easy to understand and set up my payments to come directly out of my checking account which is most convienent for me. Wonderful hard working staff! Will definitely be recommending J.D. Byrider! More
