Great customer service at the new J.D.Byrider The reason I give 5 stars is because I went to J.D.Byrider to inquire about getting a new car and when I first got there I spoke with the general mana The reason I give 5 stars is because I went to J.D.Byrider to inquire about getting a new car and when I first got there I spoke with the general manager and explain my situation to him and why I was looking for another vehicle and he told me that he understood what I was saying and he had me to talk with one of the sales guy there. So I had the pleasure of speaking with Jarrod Wininger so we talk and I told him what I was looking for as well as to why I was looking for another vehicle. And to my surprise he took the time to listen to me and my needs he never cut me off even though I had a lot to say and they had the kind of vehicle that I was looking to buy on the lot so he kindly ask if I would like to start the process. As he was going through everything with me he took the time to see if I understood what he was doing as well if I had any questions about what he was doing to make this deal work for me and within range of my budget. I did have to go back the next day because I didn't have everything I needed on day one because I just went in with my license and nothing else. But the next day I was able to drive home in the vehicle I was looking at the day before thanks Jarrod for your time at patient with me through this process. More
