Dissatisfied Wish I would have confirmed what the cash price was before I purchased. I have had a number of issues with CNAC one and number one is how over priced Wish I would have confirmed what the cash price was before I purchased. I have had a number of issues with CNAC one and number one is how over priced the vehicles are. They made me feel like they were giving me this great opportunity because of my poor credit but actually they are just robbing people. I lost my second income and when they refused to put me in something cheaper I tried to take it elsewhere to trade and found out it was over priced by $6000. Then I had a change in my pay schedule and they were nice enough to adjust it with an over $30 spike in my payment per month! And even though I have a great pay history they started calling me to “remind me” I have a car payment. On top of that I have to deal with there new insurance verification emailing, texting and calling telling me my insurance expired even though my Bill isn’t even due yet. I have no time for this nonsense! Don’t waste your time!! More

After refusing to sign any paperwork until I received the cash price, the reluctantly told me $18500 for a 12 year old 2wd 5-speed manual, Ford Escape with almost 180000 miles on it!!!!! They only report to your credit AFTER you have completely paid the vehicle off, but will report monthly if you are late!(It's right in the paperwork) Needless to say, I DID NOT buy a vehicle off of these ripoff artists! I urge all of you to do your research before buying here!!! More
