Vehicle wouldn't start. JD ByRyder installed a new battery I bought my car from JD ByRyder a little over 3 years ago and Candy the Service Manager has allways given me excellent service. She is friendly, efficient, informative and very knowledgeable. I was a Parts and Service Director for Car Dealerships in Florida for 20 plus years and would have been proud to have her in my employee. Cheyenne the relatively new service advisor does a very good job and I'm allways greeted with a smiling face and a positive attitude. She is very competent and calls me immediately with a diagnosis of my vehicle and again when my repairs are completed. The service department as a whole is outstanding. More
