Very unprofessional I regret the day I set foot in this place! I was harrassed for $16 today! I lost my character because of the down right unprofessionalism from the gen I regret the day I set foot in this place! I was harrassed for $16 today! I lost my character because of the down right unprofessionalism from the general manager and another worker I've had problems with in the past for calling me, a customer, a liar! They threatened to repo my whole car for $16 bucks when my ACTUAL ACCOUNT MANAGER said I only owed $10! And on top of that, the car is just awful. Made it on the other side of the warranty & it is now falling apart...with the proper care and maintenance at that! I stay on top of maintenance issues & it still stockpiled expensive fixes on me. Meaning, it couldn't have been any good from the get go. Horrible, horrible place. If you expect professionalism and human decency, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Car was definitely overpriced and they take of advantage of people who have bad to no credit. A $2,000 '06 jeep Cherokee sold to me for over $10,000. So, again, worst place outside of xxxx! Don't do it! I wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE!! More
