STAY FAR AWAY!!! Shadiest dealership around. I bought a way overpriced vehicle that I've had to take in for repairs on multiple occasions (I've lost count) in the sho Shadiest dealership around. I bought a way overpriced vehicle that I've had to take in for repairs on multiple occasions (I've lost count) in the short year and three months I've owned my vehicle. My Jeep has been in and out of the shop six flipping times and I've dropped around $3,000 in repairs just in the past three months, and I am still finding things wrong with my Jeep. I normally take my cars to a local shop I've been going to for years, as I did several times with my Jeep. A recent repair came up that was too expensive for me to afford at the local mechanic. So, I decided to contact the service department at JD to see if this particular repair was covered under warranty. Nope, it was not. They said they'd be able to fix it for cheaper, though. So, I went ahead and had JD make the repairs this time. My car is still having the same issues as it was prior to taking it in for service. I spent $700 on a repair that didn't fix anything. I've tried calling them a few times, and have left a couple voicemails. But I can't ever get a hold of the service department. CNAC apparently isn't giving them my messages, either. Seriously ridiculous. Oh, and that warranty, yeah, it is the biggest joke ever. It doesn't cover anything. Silly me thinking buying a car at a dealer would be better than getting a car off of Craigslist... More
